TeamTBM Community Safety and Civility

At TeamTBM, we care deeply about the safety and wellbeing of everyone who joins our games, especially younger players. Our aim is to make every part of the TeamTBM Universe a positive, creative, and respectful space for all — whether someone’s building, trading, exploring, or just having fun.

We take active steps to protect our players and ensure our Roblox servers and communities stay safe and welcoming. This means:

• Respect and kindness first. We expect players to treat each other with respect at all times. Bullying, discrimination, or harassment of any kind isn’t tolerated in our games, chats, or community spaces.
• Safe communication. We follow Roblox’s chat filters, reporting tools, and privacy systems to help prevent inappropriate or unsafe behaviour. Our team also reviews player reports closely and takes action when needed.
• Moderation that supports fun. Our volunteers and developers regularly monitor TeamTBM games and spaces to keep things running smoothly, handle reports fairly, and make sure everyone feels at home.
• Child-friendly design. The TeamTBM Universe is built with young players in mind. We design our games to encourage creativity, teamwork, and positive social interaction — not competition or pressure.
• Connected responsibility. Because achievements, trading, and items link across multiple TeamTBM games, our community standards apply everywhere in the Universe. A safe player experience in one game should mean a safe experience in all.

TeamTBM was founded by young creators who wanted to give other young people a way into the world of game development. Protecting that space — where imagination thrives and everyone can take part safely — is at the heart of what we do.
